The Phase III Taruna and Taruni Dormitory Building Project was chosen as a case study in this Final Project because this project corrected the implementation delay. The delay occurred due to changes in architectural design by the owner in the middle of the work. This delay will of course have an impact on additional costs, so that additional costs must be optimized in order to get optimal costs while still paying attention to quality standards. With the limitations of labor, the acceleration of activity is to use work jam (overtime). Calculation of acceleration using an alternative using hours of work (overtime) from one hour to three hours with the Time Cost Trade Off method, which is to calculate the time of acceleration of project implementation and add to the costs required. Based on the analysis of Trade Off Time Costs using working hours (overtime), the optimal cost is obtained at three hours of overtime work which results in an optimal additional cost of Rp. 44,272,314, from the total normal cost o Rp. 5,422,471,439 to Rp5,466, 743, 753. 240 days to 227 days so that the project can be ompleted according to the agreed initial schedule.en_US
